What Is Solarium

A solarium is a device that emits a controlled blend of UVA and UVB light, the same wavelengths found in natural sunlight. Lying or standing inside the cabin, your skin gradually produces melanin, the pigment responsible for a golden tan.

Because the dose is measured and the session is short, a solarium lets you build colour evenly and predictably — without waiting for the weather and without the unpredictability of sunbathing. Sessions typically last only a few minutes and are adjusted to your skin type.
